Marketing Operations Manager
Looking for a data-driven individual with the ability to analyze a market, support and add to our strategy to increase lead generation & improve brand awareness.
- Candidate should have an understanding of the various functions within Modern Marketing Departments.
Deep Knowledge & Experience in the following areas:
- Create, plan and implement content strategies to improve lead generation
- Enable data-driven decisions for all of Marketing with action-oriented reporting, top-of-funnel insights, and ad-hoc analytics
- Optimize campaign management, including tracking, enabling marketing to create/manage campaigns
- Deliver accurate end-to-end reporting across our marketing campaigns
- Building of marketing reporting, dashboards, and analysis of closed loop reporting- from lead to revenue (Using SplashBI)
- Ensuring CRM & Marketing Automation data quality
- Knowledge of Email Privacy Laws
- Create email, video, and social campaigns with the goal of improving traffic and leads
- Create value-added blogs to increase traffic and leads
- Tools & metrics such as SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics to track user behavior and campaign performance
- Manage day-to-day and maintain scalable processes in Marketo, Amazon, and Salesforce that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Design, analyze, and optimize lead scoring to drive increased funnel outcomes
- Ability to foster brand consistency and identity
- Ability to work closely with International Offices & team members
Additional Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of Marketing experience
- Polished Writing & Presenting Skills
- HTML & Web design a plus
- Understanding how to create and implement marketing strategies
- Deep analytics capabilities - ability to tell the story behind the data
- Proven experience in increasing pipeline / funnel
