eInfochips - Manager - Product Marketing - Automotive Domain

This exciting new role will be responsible for product definition and marketing for the rapidly growing connected car/telematics/automotive verticals. From articulating the requirements and writing MRD's to creating the go-to-market plan, you will do it all. You will work closely with engineering, sales and marketing teams to drive eInfochips IoT offerings into the automotive market.

In this role, you will :

- Define the connected car/telematics IoT IP and services strategy and roadmap

- Deliver MRDs with full feature list & technical and market justification for the same

- Work with external third parties to assess partnership opportunities

- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product

- Work with engineering to articulate the statement of work and deliverables

- Work with research executives to carry out data mining and create prospect lists

- Work with the Marketing Communications team to create marcom campaigns (email, web, etc) to drive adoption of the product/service offerings

- Write blogs and articles relevant to your product area

- Train the sales team

- Project manage your product/offering (concept to value ownership)

- Travel for customer meetings as required

Minimum qualifications :

- Minimum of 9- 14 years experience as a Product Manager in the IoT/telematics industry.

- Previous success defining and launching technology products, preferably software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (MBA preferred).

- Technical background, with experience in the connected car, internet of things, cloud, big data analytics and other relevant areas.

- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams
