Eightfold.ai - People Program Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a team player to join our fast-paced professional environment as the Program Manager on the People Team. As a People Program Manager, you will be responsible for a broad portfolio of work including, but not limited to, carrying out responsibilities in the areas of immigration, succession planning, performance review, and other People programs and initiatives. Our ideal Program Manager will possess solid progressive well-rounded human resources experience with exceptional interpersonal skills. They will have the ability to interact with all levels in the company using tact, patience and professional courtesy and demonstrate a sense of urgency and teamwork as well as timely and accurate follow-through.

Responsibilities :

People Programs/Process Improvement :

- While collaborating with relevant stakeholders and partnering with the People Business Partner team, this person will be the main owner to lead and execute on programs within the People organization such as performance review, succession planning, skill proficiency assessment, BetterUp coaching, etc.

- Ensuring legal compliance is met, defining and proposing policies in accordance with Eightfold values and guidelines.

- Lead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes and programs

- Support the annual compensation benchmark review.

Immigration

- Respond to high volume of immigration email and ticket inquiries to communicate policy, procedures, and resolve immigration related questions. Process emails using available tools (knowledge articles, internal US immigration portal). Apply judgment and escalate when needed.

- Handle the daily administration of immigration related tasks (cross charges, auditing, record keeping, tracking)

- Serve as the point person for Eightfold Global Immigration program

Must have :

- 5+ years of prior experience in Human Resources

- Great program management experience

- Good understanding of HR processes, especially hands-on experience in performance management, succession planning and other programs

- Solid communication, analytical and organizational skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to haves:

- General understanding of US Immigration Law + Processes
