About Role

Purpose of this role is to lead financial accounting, cost accounting & management reporting for all units of the company including corporate office. Role also entails banking and compliances, taxation, audits etc. for the Company & support CFO in managing the Finance function.

Responsibilities

- Supervise accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable

- Finalization of Accounts both standalone & consolidated for Audit as well as for management reporting

- Timely month end closing, variance analysis and reporting

- Assist in management of banking compliances, treasury, funds raising including renewal/enhancement of working capital finance

- Collect and organize all cost related information & provide analysis of inventory, raw materials and other supplies

- Supervise tax matters relating to units as well as corporate (including assessment of cases) & other legal compliances

- Supervise internal & external audits

- Assist in implementing financial processes & internal controls across locations

Key Requirements:

- CA with 10-12 years of experience in a manufacturing company preferably process industry

- knowledge of accounts closure, reporting & taxation

- well versed with SAP & MS Office

- ability to manage a team across locations

- good conceptual & analytical skills; planning & organizing skills
