Key Responsibilities:
- Advise plant management & key stakeholders on issues regarding union-management relations & devise action plans
- Assist in preparing plant related HR & welfare budget
- Manage grievance procedures and facilitate counselling in conjunction with stakeholders
- Establish & maintain cordial relations with employees, unions, contractors, communities & government agencies
- Coordinate with operations on workforce requirements & other improvement projects
- Coordinate with corporate HR to implement various programs & processes
- Manage employee related administrative facilities in the plant
- Manage plant HR & admin team on various day to day requirements related to the function
Requirements:
- Post Graduate in HR/ Social Works from premium institute
- 8 - 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years in industrial/ manufacturing setup
- Knowledge of Malayalam is must
- Discipline, good networking ability & conflict management skills
