Ecom Digital BTL Manager - This manager will be responsible to negotiate with all the eCommerce accounts and get us best visibility as per the budget and the goals. Job Description : 1. Own & be accountable Trade spends + Consumer offers + Marketing spends as per the entire years budget 2. Work with all the Modern trade channels to assign budgets month on month and submit quarterly plans and budgets for all key accounts. 3. Ensure best free and paid visibility with all the accounts within the stipulated budget and time. 4. Track performance of all the campaigns and consumer trends 5. Track competition campaigns 6. Work with spends as a combination of consumer offers and visibility to get high ROAS. 7. Work with the marketing team for relative content, designs etc. 8. Drive customer acquisition and work on CAC 9. Should have worked on Conversion driven campaigns 10. Should understand ROAS, Lifetime value, CAC and all digital marketing concepts 11. Very good with negotiation 12. Should be good in communication
