Role & Responsibilities : - Co-Ordinate with hiring members to determine staffing needs. - Determining Selection Criteria - Sourcing potential candidates through online channels - Managing entire End to End Recruitment process - Plan Interview and selection procedures, Including screening calls, Assessments and in person interviews. - Design Job Description and interview questions that reflect each position requirement. - Stakeholder Management Experience Candidate Skills & Qualifications : - 2+ Years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process - Prior experience of working on a recruitment cycle - Willing to work 6 Days a week - Fast learner and quick thinker with good communication skills - Can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Is a good team leader and team player - Has good negotiation and persuasion skills
