Job Description:-
- Shall be Responsible for the P&L of the Agri Input (Pesticides, Seeds) platform.
- Incumbent will perform a comprehensive and sophisticated analysis of the potential for sales of Agriculture Inputs in the given territory and develop and implement a strategy to achieve established financial goals.
- Responsible for market penetration, network expansion, Collections and build a sustainable business.
- Strategy Planning & Management, Sales & Business Development, Key Account Management, Channel Management and Team Management.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share.
- Managing Operations, work planning, budgeting and financial management processes.
- Responsible to tie up with various Agriculture Input manufacturers in to the platform.
- Negotiate product, pricing, credit terms with various Agri input manufacturers and register them in FarmX platform as preferred partners for farmers.
- Forecasting performance to expectation & reporting in compliance with agreed standards.
- Provide Strategic Inputs for the development & growth of the business.
- Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary as well as secondary sales.
- Conducting and organizing sales promotional activities and campaigns as a part of brand building and market development effort to increase growth and revenue.
- Strong experience in creating networks and business development for new molecules, Ability to bring in and manage process discipline, the efficiency of operations with people sensitivity.
- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements and ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.
Qualification / Experience :-
- Should be a B.sc Agriculture / MBA.
- 10+ years of experience in selling seeds/pesticides, dealer development & marketing in Agri Input sector.
