1. Drive 300 people sales team chasing INR 100 Cr revenue.

2. Goal setting & strategic planning.

3. Responsible for hiring, training, performance & retention of the salesforce.

4. Working closely with the marketing & product team to continuously improve our offerings.

5. Analyze & improve the sales funnel.

6. Continuously improving processes & systems to scale sustainably.

7. Working closely with founders & leadership team to take EdYoda to IPO.
