The Director - Marketing will be responsible for leading the demand generation programs, delivering highly qualified leads to sales and measuring the impact of multi-channel demand generation efforts. You shall create content channel strategy and unified digital and social strategy.

You will manage edynamic's marketing automation platform and marketing database to execute campaigns, including webinars, direct mail, emails, paid search programs, sponsorships, and social media and nurturing.

This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation, and has a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple successful lead generation campaigns. You are metrics-driven, and enjoy social media.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, coordinate and execute lead generation plans, programs and campaigns for new customer acquisition and to nurture and drive enhanced revenue from existing customer base.

- Mapping out a content marketing strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.

- Developing standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies.

- Create and manage a strategic content that support lead generation and conversion goals.

- Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics.

- Integration of content activities within traditional marketing campaigns.

- Manage and execute marketing automation initiatives and workflows.

- Leverage Eloqua & Salesforce to build effective lead nurturing programs to build and accelerate account acquisition.

- Track and manage budgets and spending specific to lead generation programs.

- Analyze campaigns and programs for effectiveness and make valid conclusions; conduct marketing programs reporting and analysis.

- Use a test, measure, learn approach to iterate and optimize campaigns. This includes regular reporting of campaign activities, insights and results and improve marketing return on investment.

- Supervising the maintenance of content inventories and matrices.

Job Requirements

- Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity with an overall industry experience of not less than 10 years.

- 5 years of B2B demand generation experience.

- Very strong content marketing experience

- Experience with email marketing, social media online media, paid search, direct mail, webinars, or other demand generation channel. Should have a strong digital marketing background.

- Experience in new lead generation marketing.

- The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.

- Should be an active contributor on social media channels.

- Skilled at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics.

- Expert in use of sales automation (SFDC) and marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo etc.)

- Familiarity with website analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetris, other) a plus.

- Good social media presence and networking skills.
