Job Description : The candidate should have a strong foundation in the study abroad sector and preferably from a student counseling background. The ideal candidate should be technical, organized, results-driven, strong attention to detail, and have a passion for digital applications.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the daily operations and smooth functioning of the branch

- Expert in sales analytics and ability to study reports and implement actions quickly.

- Knowledge in study abroad counseling for English-speaking destinations: UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, and NZ

- Thorough knowledge of the application and visa process for students

- Expert in MS PowerPoint, MS Office applications: Word and Excel

- Preferable experience in Salesforce and other sales CRM applications

- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in CRM and HubSpot such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6+ years of team handling experience

- Should have handled/Coached a sales team of a minimum of 5-10 counselors.

- Expert knowledge of CRM and digital applications

- Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal

- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with number-crunching abilities.

- Degree in marketing or a related field
