We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Mumbai. Requirements as below. 1. Manage complete Paid Advertising - SEM, Display, Content Marketing, Emailers, 3rd Party Ads, Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. 2. Create a marketing plan and own the complete end-to-end setup of paid campaigns across platforms 3. Identify and analyse key metrics from Google Analytics &amp; other platforms and be able to run cost effective campaigns with lead quantity and lead quality being key 4. Keep lead costs under control &amp; ensure higher conversions 5. Understand A/B testing &amp; conversion rate optimization and be able to implement it 6. Be able to create attractive landing pages, creatives and ad graphics 7. Understanding of Wordpress would be a plus 8. SEO capabilities would be a plus Requirements: 1. 2-6 years experience in digital marketing 2. At least 1 year digital marketing experience in education industry would be preferred 3. Proven track record of running high converting paid campaigns 4. Google certifications would be an advantage 5. Excellent communication skills 6. Be diligent, hard-working and be a good learner
