Looking for a B2C Education Sales Executive & Counselor for an exciting, high-growth, start-up in online data science education. We are changing the paradigm of higher & technical education in India. Come join us for a high growth ride.

Those interested in working in B2C sales in a startup and with 2-4 years sales experience only should apply. Candidates from Mumbai would be preferred though for next couple of months it can be work from home.

Roles & responsibilities :

- Responsible for generating revenue by converting leads received through marketing activities

- Do outbound calling on leads received through marketing activities

- Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into students

- Find out and arrange meeting with relevant people in companies to sell courses for their employees

- Counsel prospects and guide them towards suitable online courses

- Clearly communicate details of the courses to prospects

- Responding to prospect's queries over emails and following up consistently

- Maintain CRM and database of prospects

- Preparing sales plan and strategies to develop business by identifying potential students

- Communicate with colleges/universities to conduct seminars

- Responsible to achieve targets for given product lines

Desired experience & skills :

- The ideal candidate would have an experience of 2-4 years only in sales/business development/admissions counseling in a B2C environment. Prior experience in education industry would be helpful but not mandatory.

- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Should be a self-starter, have high levels of motivation, enthusiasm and a never say die attitude

- Should have a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Good work ethic, ability to work in an unstructured start-up environment and interpersonal skills

- Should be willing to work in a small start-up environment
