Roles & responsibilities : - Responsible for generating revenue by converting leads received through marketing activities - Do outbound calling on leads received through marketing activities - Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into students - Find out and arrange meeting with relevant people in companies to sell courses for their employees - Counsel prospects and guide them towards suitable online courses - Clearly communicate details of the courses to prospects - Responding to prospect's queries over emails and following up consistently - Maintain CRM and database of prospects - Preparing sales plan and strategies to develop business by identifying potential students - Communicate with colleges/universities to conduct seminars - Responsible to achieve targets for given product lines Desired experience & skills : - The ideal candidate would have an experience of 1-4 years only in sales/business development/admissions counseling in a B2C environment.
