Hiring Corporate Lawyer - NBFC Sector

Job Description:

- Experience in handling equity and debt transactions, direct assignments, securitization transactions, including structuring, drafting, review, and negotiation of end-to-end legal documentation.

- General corporate advisory and ability to review and negotiate general contracts, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, SAAS contracts, vendor contracts, merchant agreements, lender agreements.

- Assisting the business teams on new product offerings and ability to draft documentation from scratch to support new products/ structures.

- Handling employment contracts, regulatory advice on employment and intellectual property related issues.

- Keeping track of legal updates, analyse and ensure internal compliance.

- Oversee, co-ordinate and monitor the day-to-day compliance activities including collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements.

- Regular assessment to determine in adherence to the policies

- Drafting of internal product programs, policies, processes, and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations/notifications of regulatory bodies (RBI, NPCI, IRDAI etc.)

- Conduct Compliance Testing (Thematic, Product, Return and Tranche III)

- Subject matter knowledge of liability processes and examine Audit Reports for identification of regulatory issues.

- Handling of Regulatory and Statutory Correspondences for adequate response, tracking and timely closure.

- Knowledge of Returns submitted to regulator

- Review of data submitted to RBI or other regulators.

- Preparing of various compliance dashboards

Education Qualification:

- Lawyer experience in dealing with RBI regulations for retail/SME lending and RBI reporting requirements.

- Experience in dealing with RBI officials on day-to-day queries. CS Role.
