Eduthrill - Manager - Accounts Payable

We are hiring for the Accounts Payable Manager role for VerSe Innovation (Dailyhung and Josh App) for Bangalore Location.

Job Description-

Requirements :

- 8 to 10 years experience in Accounts payable Department.

- Experience in handling and managing a team

- Experience in handling accounts payables, GST, and TDS

- B.com/M.com or Any Commerce degree background

- Good interpersonal skills and team player

- Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts/principles and bookkeeping procedures

- Target oriented with a strong focus on meeting SLA Commitments

- Eye for detail and accuracy.

- Note-CA Finalist or appeared is a must.

Key responsibilities - Details

- Fund flow preparation.

- Accounts payable (vendor) payment process.

- Checking the correctness of supplier invoices

- Contribute to Service Level Agreement by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals daily

- Track and report Service Level Agreement (SLA)

- Acting as a backup to the Team lead as and when required

- Perform quality checks as per the agreed criteria

- Participate in Quality and Continuous improvement initiatives

- Create and publish Management Reports

- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manuel is updated as in when there are process change

- Month End Closer/Year End Closer activities to be performed based on the schedule

- Coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders via email to resolve the issues

- Explore for continuous process improvements and share best practices across teams

- Responsible for the booking of invoices, month-end provisioning, vendor management, month-end AP closing.

- Keep track of open advances and follow-up for clearance of the same

- Review of open POs.

- Vendor Reconciliation

- Checking the correctness of delivery challans/bills/job work from a GST perspective.
