A shortlisted candidate would be an MBA graduate from a Tier 1 Institute (IIM / XLRI) who has worked with at least 1 e- commerce organization and may have a technical experience background of 1-2 years (B.E. / B.Tech from a Tier 1 Institute like IIT / NIT, etc)  Selected candidates would be responsible for one or more of the below mentioned responsibilities depending on the role applied for :  1) Identify and prioritize different avenues of digital marketing  2) Gauge campaign effectiveness across multiple digital marketing channels including social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)  3) Maintain key performance matrices for different campaigns and identify key parameters responsible for campaign effectiveness  4) Improve search engine ranking of overall website and individual web pages  5) Maintain and monitor backlinks and their effectiveness in search engine rankings (SEO)  6) Maintain blogs and other site data  7) Building strong marketing messages and collateral including brochures, banners, slogans, videos, etc.  8) Implement what you recommend.  Job Location - Bangalore / Bhubaneswar  EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  Post MBA - 1 - 3 years  Prior to MBA - 1 - 2 years  Total Experience - 3 - 5 years  Number of positions - 2-3 nos.  EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:  Graduation - BE / BTech from Tier 1 institute (IIT / NIT, etc.) (full time)  Post Graduation - MBA from Tier 1 instute (IIM / XLRI) (full time)  WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN THE CANDIDATE :  1) Good communication skills  2) Attitude to work in a team  3) Willingness to travel abroad for extended duration ranging from 1 month to 6 months  4) Strong analytical skills  5) Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts
