Technical Manager - Content Content is an integral part of delivering effective training. We are looking for self-driven professionals to guide and lead the content team in delivering flagship content for the courses we provide. As a Technical Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on our specific goals and objectives. We are interested in professionals who can translate the experience they carry in the field of current technologies into the content we build by integrating an industrial and market perspective to it. Hands-on experience in the following technologies would be mandatory, Data Science, Machine Learning, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, NLP and Python. What You'll Do : - Create learner's content execution engine that identifies and develops the needed content for learners/ readers. - Be responsible for course design, timeliness, quality of content and team management. - Plan, create, optimize, drive and execute the content strategy aligning with short- term and long- term of marketing targets and rest of the organization. - Should be a quick learner and technically strong to pick up new technical skills quickly. - Ensure consistent internal and external communication of the brand, messaging and tone across the buyer's journey. - Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of the content present on the website and resources available to learners. - Define and measure content KPIs that drive continuous optimization and improvement. - Build a clear process for managing and executing the content strategy, including developing a pipeline of prioritized content, managing our editorial calendar. - Collect feedback from customers, sales, account management, and to guide meaningful content creation that constantly improves our storytelling capabilities. - Effectively operate at both a strategic and tactical level, as a leader and an individual contributor and should be an expert storyteller. - Strong Analytical and data-driven approach to solve a business problem. What You Will Need : Clear communicator : - You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights. Explorer : - The ability to self- serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. Self-starter attitude is a must! Balance attention to detail with swift execution : - We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength. A high bar across the board : - From your own contributions to the people you work with to the products you work on. - In depth knowledge in one or two IT skills. - Ability to work with cross functional teams and develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment. - Exceptional problem- solving skills, strong Excel/data management skills. - Strong project management skills. - 10+ years of content development, course design and content management. NOTE : This is a pure technical role which revolves around curating courses based on current trending technologies such as Data Science, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing, hence hands on experience in such domains would be necessary.
