EduPristine - Content Head

- Liaise with Category head to identify and develop new products and its course material

- Drive product launches including working with consultant, marketing and sales team, executives, and other content team members

- Responsible to develop, update and maintain existing products

- Liaison with trainers to resolve their doubts and understand industry needs to upgrade products

- Resolve students doubts

- Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries

- Produce a schematic and detailed plan of work, lesson outlines, learning materials to achieve an effective learning process

- Develop course curriculum for new domains

- Handling a team of Graphic Designer, Copy Editor, Instructional Designer, and LMS Expert to deliver high quality of content

- Prepare comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals

- Supervise and manage content team

- Support sales/ marketing team with up-to-date content material
