- Entrepreneurial mindset and should be able to identify projects and lead them from conceptualization to the solution.

- Process Lead for end-to-end data management and analytic execution. Well-versed in quantitative analysis, research, data mining, trend analysis, customer profiling, clustering, segmentation and predictive modeling techniques.

- Deep understanding of analytical and statistical techniques, and must be well-versed in data exploration & visualization tools.

- Develop an In-depth understanding of user journeys on BadaBusinenss Digital Platforms and generate data driven insights & recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision making.

- End-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction.

- Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations

- Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting, dash boarding and communication.

- Should have good experience in Data Mining, Data Analysis, and Predictive Modeling & Regression Modeling using Python.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams in a timeline driven high-pressure environment.

- Must have a passion for data, structured or unstructured.

- Building dashboards and processes for improving operational efficiency.
