Growth Marketer


A growth marketer is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for a company or product. Their main goal is to increase revenue and customer base by implementing strategic marketing initiatives that help the company achieve sustainable growth.

As a growth marketer at EduFund, you will be responsible:

1. Understand consumer personas and funnels to create lever and drive them towards business objectives (activation, retention, engagement, conversion etc)

2. Execute and oversee all paid campaigns and their relevant optimisations. Help increase and improve the lead funnel (for the web and mobile app) accordingly.

3. Set up (from scratch), oversee, and monitor remarketing tools and any marketing automation tools for the app (push, emailers, other drip communication)

4. Co-own key metrics across the customer journey (user onboarding, activation, user engagement, retention & conversion).

5. Create right messaging for target personas that demonstrates an understanding of their key business problems and pain points and articulates EduFund's USP

6. Work with teams across the company (sales, product and tech) to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive the key metrics on an ongoing basis

7. Develop email marketing, push notifications and other various campaigns to drive the appropriate user behavior to meet the objectives of the business across the web and mobile apps

WHO YOU ARE:

1. Good with math (analytical mind). We will ask you math questions on the spot so be ready


2. 3+ years of prior growth marketer experience (preferably in B2C)

3. Hungry to learn, and absorb (even if you're not from BFSI)

4. Someone who wants to take up a challenge, take on ownership and doesn't need babysitting

Skills required: Google analytics, fire base, appsflyer (or a similar equivalent) Webengage/moengage (or a similar equivalent) Data data data analysis
