Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing with Educomp Solutions
Educomp is seeking an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing for its Early Childcare Business. The business focuses on preschool education and early childcare products. Working closely with the MD, the successful candidate will lead the Digital Marketing Strategy of this rapidly growing business with the following goals :
- Strengthen lead generation through all online mediums to enhance the preschool franchise network
- Increase enrollments and
- Generate demand for early childcare products through digital marketing
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan & execute all key digital marketing tactics: SEO, PPC, SEM, Social Media, Display Advertising, Online Reputation Management, Blogger Outreach programs, Content Marketing, Email marketing and Google adwords
- Generate leads for franchisee acquisition through Google Adwords campaigns and Facebook/ Linkedin campaigns
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition
- Strengthen the brand through innovative ideas & marketing campaigns to increase enrolments and sales
- Lead PR activities; generate online and offline PR to build brand presence in the target consumer market
- Generate content for various online mediums (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) to strengthen online brand presence
- Conceptualize & lead all brand communication efforts including ads, marketing collaterals, emailers, social media communication, website communication etc.
- Coordinate with senior management, agencies and internal departments to maximize ROI of all digital marketing efforts
- Monitor market, customer and competitor trends to generate useful insights
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Successful track record in executing online marketing and advertising campaigns at low acquisition costs
- Strong & proven background in generating leads from Google Adwords campaigns and facebook campaigns
- Good understanding of marketing and competitive dynamics in the digital space. Ability to quickly understand Education businesses, brand and style
- Strong & proven background in executing SEO, SEM, Email, Social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Strong SEO fundamentals and knowledge of On Page and Off Page optimization techniques
- Complete understanding of search engine trends & algorithms
- Experience in building online brands in the services/ knowledge sector
- Experience in dealing and co-coordinating with various Digital agencies and PR agencies
- Knowledge of all digital, online and design tools and exposure to latest industry trends
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Action oriented entrepreneurial mindset, including a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and get things done
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and be a strong team player
