ASSET has been organising programmes for gifted students for the last nine years based on research in this field and keeping in mind their specific needs. We deliver world-class, academically rigorous programmes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the development and execution of GEC's sales and marketing strategy

- Oversee the call centre operations and monitor the productivity & efficiency along with extending communication support for call centre team

- Drive sales targets for GEC with regular monitoring and reporting to the leadership team

- Oversee content strategy and execution, which will serve as the foundation for all collaterals, presentations, blog, social media channels, etc.

- Write content for collaterals including presentations, brochures, emails, SMS and other promotional materials

- Manage marketing communication for events such as workshops and seminars to raise awareness of GEC programmes

- Manage GEC website updates and content on a regular basis

- Manage FB paid campaigns and email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engagement

- Explore new digital avenues for reaching the audience effectively (knowledge of Business for Website, website plugins, mini applet solutions)

- Communicate with potential partners for various GEC programmes - specifically, potential schools around the country to host school-based GEC programmes

- Follow up on national and international leads coming in from the field teams in India and other countries

- Work closely with the marketing team, programmes manager and academic head to devise marketing plans for each of the programmes

- Work closely with the academic head to understand each programme and the USP of each

- Designer, Logistics Executive and the Tele sales team lead report to this post

- Reports to Head - GEC Sales and Marketing (Pranav Kothari)

Experience Required :

- 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, social media marketing.

- Fluent verbal and written communications in English
