Education Counselor - Academy

Job Description:

The candidate will be required to handle the activities relating to placement of candidates registering for NSE Academy Limited.

He will be required to

- Must have rich frame of reference, in terms of awareness to changing needs of industry, govt. policies and national economy

- Help NAL institute to reconfigure it efforts to provide requisite skills to industry.

- Should establish excellent rapport with companies in BFSI to get best placement for the students

- Will be responsible for summer and final placement of students of NSE Academy Limited

- Invite prospective recruiting companies in BFSI to NSE Academy

- Ensure that the process of campus recruitment by each company is systematically carried out as per the standard procedure

- Liaise with companies to get summer Internship, projects and final placement for students

- Coordinate with student committees for placement related activities

- Arranging guest lectures, industry visits and industry interactions in BFSI for students

- Plan and develop placement brochures

- Undertake all activities which are incidental to the placement function

- Understand students capabilities and shortlist students as per vacancies and organizing for and conducting Campus interviews.

- Willing to travel to serve the needs of all regions

The person will need

- MBA with minimum 15-20 years of work experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to mentor and guide students

- Strong interpersonal skills with students, faculty, supervisor and staff

- Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motiv
