Job description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with Schools and Institutes to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

- Identify school partnership opportunities

- Initiate connect and ensure contract

- Leverage agent network to get access to school networks

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

- Maintain existing business

- Think critically when planning to assure project success

- Provide ongoing product feedback and analysis for further development

Core Deliverables

- It's a purely B2B Sales profile. The schools/clients will have to be mapped

- The entire life cycle of an account is managed by a single salesperson.

- After acquiring the client the job requires getting the maximum share of the business.

- There are multiple contact points in all the clients and the most common touch points are Promoters, Principals, Teachers, and HODs

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent experience

- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

- Focused and goal-oriented

- Past Experience in Education sales preferred
