Where do you start? Associate Chief Performance Officer
What story will you write?
- You will implement various steps of the Performance Management process for the company, as per the approved Performance Management policy
- You will handle queries from different stakeholders on various aspects of the Performance Management policy and process
- You will implement various steps of the Salary revision cycle for the company, in line with the Compensation philosophy and Salary structure of the company
- You will consolidate organization Structures for various functions and Job Descriptions for all the roles in the company and make periodic updates to the structure and job descriptions
- You will undertake Job Slotting for all new roles created in the company, from time to time
- You will update the identified Benefits and HR policies

- How can I use information and data to improve Performance Management System of the company?
- How do I ensure fair and transparency in the Performance Management System?
- Am I helping create a Performance driven culture?

Data Processing -
- Ability to handle and process large volumes of data
- Identify simple patterns and trends when looking at data

- Maintain updated records in an efficient manner such that relevant information is available to all stakeholders at all times
Where have you been?
- You will have 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience with similar responsibilities/ related areas is preferred
Where will you stay? - The position is based out of plant but would be required to work out of HO on some days of the week.
