- Serve as a strategic partner to support people strategy and initiatives across varied HR domains in close consultation/collaboration with broader HR team
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Conduct regular reviews on people strategy, talent management with the Business Heads/ HR Head
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Provide HR policy guidance - Work on the manpower planning with a short, mid and long term view as part of the AOP process - Engage in critical hires and manpower planning needs and assist recruiting team in focused efforts, as appropriate
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee centric initiatives
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals & Evaluate training programs
