This is an opportunity to champion Digital and Social Media Marketing by creating an aspirational and desirable brand image of EdTerra and its products using the online and social media channels and also delivering growth in revenue and client base at EdTerra Edventures (www.edterra.com) - India's largest education travel company.

Key Responsibility Areas and KPIs:

1. Social Media Marketing

- Champion EdTerra's digital presence by drafting and implementing a social media campaign calendar for the year/seasons.

- Creating an annual social media brand action plan and budget and implementing the same.

- Garnering social media audiences in the target customer groups and keeping interactions active.

- Develop and use B2B and B2C databases and establish a system of using Google and social media analytics.

2. Online Lead Generation for B2B and B2C

- Generate leads for our products from our customer groups and achieve targets within budgeted cost of acquisition and cost per lead.

- Create and run social media ad campaigns.

3. Digital Marketing

- Help develop EdTerra's new website centered on the new positioning statement and highlighting our digital advantage.

- Establish an email marketing system for reaching out to clients catching special occasions and special communications and announcements to support new product launch and to generate leads for both B2B and B2C.

4. Digital Content Creation

- Find avenues for generation of attention-worthy and engaging content by connecting with and creating alliances with other famous brands, educators, teachers, historians and other prominent relevant figures who could be valuable for marketing our educational products.

- Develop and deliver the social media content calendar in collaboration with in-house and an external graphic design and media team.

5. Key relationships

Reporting Manager - Product Marketing Manager

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing from a leading institute or university.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a social media or digital media manager working in the industry or working with a digital media agency. Knowledge of ROI based social media advertising is a must.

Work Timings

8.30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday and 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays.

Office remains closed on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays and on Sundays every month.
