Project Manager - Kompanions and Ediiie

- Managing project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, user experience, design, development, QA, launch, and ongoing maintenance

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Maintain an attitude of commitment and exhibit responsibility for the needs of team members and external customers

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendor

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Perform a through and extensive PM level testing of each build and ensure that the build is absolutely flawless

- Ensure that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are properly implemented and updated

- Responsible for putting together documentation packages required to go through all the approval & certification process phases with first parties

- Follow-up with the managers and update the staffing plans for the project team

- Follow-up with the managers and update the project budget and track expenses

- Coordinate and create the means required to ensure the proper flow of information throughout the project

- Proactively organize team meetings or other types of meetings whenever necessary to keep the team updated with the status of the project

- Manage certain aspects of production and special projects (e.g. key focus on optimisation of 3D assets depending upon the targeted medium i.e. Mobile or web) whenever necessary

- Effectively run sprints, do fortnightly retro calls and successfully implement the core of agile in all operations

- Should have the far-sight to calculate project and team member's velocity, burn down charts and be best prepared to give future project estimates
