We seek a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies. The primary requirement is to have a proven track record in scaling client acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
The essential deliverables for a Growth Marketing Specialist are
- Experience with multiple digital marketing channels, including paid acquisition (SEM, display, social), email marketing, content marketing, etc.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, content marketing, LinkedIn Automation and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Leverage analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine marketing strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, increase conversion rates, and lower client acquisition costs.
- Identify and implement effective customer acquisition strategies leveraging organic and paid channels.
- Continuously analyze and optimize conversion funnels to enhance user experience, increase client engagement, and drive higher conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in user acquisition.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ Experience in a growth marketing role focusing on digital marketing, customer acquisition, and monthly revenue growth trends.
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Integrately, Hubspot & Celigo, Gainful.io, Meet Alfred etc.
- Excellent knowledge of the latest AI tools that aid in marketing, lead generation, SEO and paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in any LinkedIn Automation tool to do data mining, automate reach-out process that includes connect + note, automate re-reach out process to existing contacts to drive SQL's.
- Have a proven track record of achieving a high number of high-quality SQL's with over 70% resulting in actual business, monthly.
- Hands-on experience to run, analyze & optimize paid campaigns on various channels and platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of the AR/VR industry and trends
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to think strategically, align with the organizational vision and drive the business strategy.
