Key Responsibilities:
1. Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers. Identify potential sponsors for events conducted and planned by Edverse.
2. Curate advertisement packages that are compelling to potential sponsors.
3. Generate high-quality sales leads and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
4. Nurture the leads with timely communication.
5. Negotiate and close deals with sponsors basis the available space for each event.
6. Stay focused and target-oriented (To achieve targets and also execute them).
7. Stay connected with the clients and clearly understand and articulate potential solutions in impromptu discussions.
8. Stay responsive with regular updates to clients who have signed up to improve chances of repeat business
Requirements:
- Masters in Management or relevant experience.
- A real Go-Getter: we require someone not ready to take 'no' for an answer.
- Passionate and Result-oriented: the person should be highly result-focused no matter what the odds are.
- A People Person: The ideal candidate needs to have phenomenal people skills and should love and enjoy working with people across varied demographics.
- Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel, if needed, to meet clients at their office to showcase or pitch the offering.
- Sales-minded, with a sound understanding of enterprise marketing principles.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
