Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Community Manager to assist in the execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts, over the discord community channel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.

1. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection within a community

2. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Linkedin, Twitter etc.)

3. Set processes and structure for processes like - User Onboarding, User Activation, Support ticket opening and closure and others specific to Edverse.

4. Conduct events and ensure positive engagement on the channel

5. Foster active responses on related threads to the brand to increase outreach

6. Responsible for managing all community interactions and customer support across all Chat platforms

7. Build and maintain a content calendar including but not limited to game posts, events, contests, and other community activations designed to foster engage and inspire our community

8. Respond to the queries and open discussions

Qualifications and Skills

1. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

2. Qualification: MBA

3. Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools

4. Skills and experience in creative content writing

5. Analytical mindset and critical thinking 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
