Edgistify - Manager - Operations

1) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensure client satisfaction and retention

2)Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement operational strategies that meet client needs.

3) Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

4) Manage and resolve operational issues and conflicts with clients and internal teams

5) Monitor Warehouse Operations and identify improvement opportunities.

6) Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of services

7) Prepare and deliver regular reports on client performance and operational metrics

8) Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts

9) Coordinate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities"
