Edgistify is seeking an experienced and driven Lead - Supply Chain Management. to oversee and manage all aspects of our client's warehouse operations. Lead - Supply Chain Management will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing a team of operations managers and frontline associates to achieve company goals and objectives.

1) Develop and execute strategies to optimize warehouse operations and drive operational efficiency.

2) Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards across all warehouse operations.

3) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

4) Analyze operational metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

5) Train, coach, and mentor a team for operations to ensure they are meeting performance targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

6) Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and drive overall company success.

7) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our operations remain competitive and innovative.

Qualification: Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
