Requirement: Looking for training content development Manager/Lead to design and develop content for self-lead training and Instructor-Led Programs (ILP) for various modules of the product. Main Responsibilities : - Lead training the technical and functional team for internal and external partners/customers. - Extensive experience in the creation of eLearning content (Programs/Courses) - Serve as a consultant to the regional players to define the region/market training priorities and resource allocation on an ongoing basis, with a clear and measurable business goal in mind. - Localize and implement global programs to scale training across the market, based on the regional team needs and market dynamics. - Explore and champion new training programs for technical and functional team, as necessary. - Serve as a trainer. - Liaise with other key support areas, such as L&amp;D and leverage synergies in training programs. - Should be able to create training content for the various training programs and keep it up to date - Work with different stakeholders and vendors for the training content Qualifications - Upto 8 years in an L&amp;D or technical and functional team Training organization. - Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience. - Experience acting as a coach, sales coaching preferred. - Experience designing and delivering learning programs to reflect knowledge in adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom and e-learning/self-training environments. - Fluent English. - In-depth knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Automation preferred.
