The Product Manager is the main interface of Product to all the internal and external stakeholders. The Product Manager has a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements, and can articulate, and convey these to all the internal and external stakeholders of the Product. The Product Manager builds strategy for the product, works with internal and external stakeholders to define the product direction and roadmap, executes it with the help of Engg team and then takes the product to market and becomes the evangelist for the same. Expectation from the role : - Responsible for Revenues and market success of the product along with the Sales and marketing teams - Responsible for product differentiation, vision and strategic leadership and market messaging of the product - PM needs to have a strong technical background to be able to work with Engg team to ensure feasibility and execution of product roadmap - PM Leads requirements gathering effort on the epics as needed - consulting other internal stakeholders, implementations, clients, etc. - PM Acts as Product Owner in Agile development methodology, to make decisions on solution's integration and usability in coordination with R&amp;D As a product owner, PM : - Documents story details based on the epics and after review with development. - Attends scrum meetings/ceremonies including standups, retrospectives, and demos. - Leads backlog grooming to decompose/estimate stories. - Creates mockups, works with UX on design. - Answer questions from developers, clarifies requirements, etc. - Documents the new feature for implementations and release notes. - Identify issues or areas of concern in regard to product. Determines and initiates required follow-up and/or additional analyses. - PM conducts researching projects, feature classifications, broad market research &amp; competitive analysis. - PM builds business cases to help prioritize projects in the backlog. Must : - At least 7-8 experience delivering successful Enterprise software products in a product management role - At least 4-5 years of Development experience in Agile methodology - Experienced in functionality/specs definition, architecture and design Advantage : - Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI spaces - Technical background in dot net or Java technologies - Exposure to Operational Processes in either functional or consulting roles Location : Pune
