Roles and responsibilities : - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence - Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products - Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement - Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales Job Description: Develop the business for EdgeVerve's AI &amp; Automation product suite in India Help EdgeVerve's flagship automation product - AssistEdge gain rapid market share in India Help acquire new logos for EdgeVerve; Work with Infosys Vertical Account managers in the region to develop a pipeline Guide the EdgeVerve's product management teams based on requirements in the region Requirements: - Product Sales leader with 10 years of proven sales experience - Proven ability to independently closing deals, negotiating large contracts in India - Good exposure to AI &amp; Automation technologies with a focus on RPA. - Experience with a leading RPA product preferred. - Good understanding of Holistic Robotic Automation, - Artificial Intelligence Excellent communication skills Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery
