For more details, please log in to www.edgenetworks.in and www.hirealchemy.com   Location:: Bengaluru, India  Technical Product Manager:  - Product management responsibility for product offerings within the system management markets.  - Identify product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends and competitive gaps; champion and present opportunities to management for consideration.  - Will ensure those needs are translated into user requirements with the appropriate business case, impact analysis, competitive analysis, and financial forecasts.  - Work with engineering, other business units, functional groups and leadership to help define the roadmap and strategic vision for the product.  - Lead as internal product champion; evangelize product vision and direction throughout the organization.  - Will work in concert with the Solutions & Product Marketing organization.  Required Skills:  - BS in CS/EE or equivalent, with a technical background and formal business training. (MBA preferred)  - 10 years of related experience.  - Good technical knowledge of various commercial enterprise software  - Excellent ability to identify, prioritize and clearly articulate market and customer requirements.  - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.  - Excellent organizational skills, including an ability to lead projects.  - Some travel required.  Preferred Skills:  - Experience in agile development processes.  - Experience in system monitoring  - Work closely with key customers and partners to gather and analyze data integration powered applications usage across a variety of project and data types, gaining a deep understanding of their goals and requirements  - Author detailed - whole- product requirements including requirements for channel and partner ecosystem adoption  - Engage with partners to manage product offerings across hosted and on premise ecosystems  - Serve as the voice of the customer in building product functionality that is fit for purpose  - Work closely with Data Science & Application Development to drive product priorities and ensure the right set of functionality for an enterprise class, industry leading product  - Provide content for product collateral and technical white papers  - Perform competitive analysis, market, and industry research  - Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan for the solution  - Experience in driving the success of both mature, stable products as well as new and innovative product concepts  - Strong technical background with the ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge and communicate the business values to the field and customers  - Ability to contribute to defining a strategic vision and to articulate it in front of a variety of audiences  - Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with customers, prospects, analysts, sales, R&D, and the management team  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a related technical discipline  Our Tech Stack : | Python | ElasticSearch | R | NEO4J | Hadoop | COUCHBASE| Clojure | Scala| Spark | Hive | Redis | Node.JS | AngularJS
