Job Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Primary owner of the success of your product, from vision and roadmap, to specs, delivery and adoption - Dwell in the problem space to understand user's unstated needs and have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product capabilities - Regularly interface with customers at events, during sales engagements, reviewing support issues, and through ad hoc user interview sessions to develop your product strategy and ensure product success via customer success - Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyse feedback to shape new product capabilities - Work closely with designers, data scientists and developers to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time - Evangelise the product vision and roadmap internally and garner buy-in from key stakeholders - Conduct market research, competitive analysis and user interviews to define the direction of the product and communicate the vision via an outcome oriented roadmap - Implement usage tracking and analyse patterns to drive usage and validate new feature requirements - Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap - Represent the company in product or domain-specific conferences and event What are we looking for :&nbsp; - 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, completely owning the success of an enterprise product; desirably a SaaS based HR Recruitment applications (example applications include ATS, HCM and Onboarding) - Data-driven, outcome oriented individual - Expert in the art of saying - no-, adept at prioritisation - Extraordinary organizational and leadership skills - Has strong communication skills - Thrives working outside the comfort zone, and adapts to change quickly - Hands on experience working in an Agile environment - Be comfortable taking risks, open to critical feedback, and always on the lookout for learning opportunities Working Culture :&nbsp; - Here at EdGE Networks, we take our work seriously and our partying even more seriously.
