- An individual will be responsible for articulating the products- vision to customers, partners, analysts and internal stakeholders like sales, pre-sales and implementation teams.

- Conceptualization and detailed wire framing/prototyping.
- Writing user stories and grooming those with design and engineering teams.
- Agile Product Implementation.
- Product Marketing: Evangelizing, influencing and collaborating with the product marketing and communications team to ensure proper, informative, impactful engagement with the market through branding, blogs, e-mailers and white papers. - Go-to Market:
- Conducting feature training and demo sessions with sales and support teams.
- Collaborating with product marketing and communication team for branding, blogs and product launches.

Technical skills - Plan and coordinate the execution of cross-functional programs for product development and grow existing business lines.
- Organize and lead cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes, bridging business strategy with technical and operational implementation - Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams.
- Deliver a complex product with multiple project tracks and many teams feeding into it.
- Desired Experience: - 8+ Yrs. experience with expertise in Product Management, in the technology sector with knowledge on LMS
- Strong attention to detail and can multi-task effectively.
- Ability to anticipate and head-off potential project delays (shifting business priorities, technical hurdles, project approvals from stakeholders, etc.)
- Utilize tools and develop processes to improve productivity across teams - Drive internal process improvements, remove gaps, coordinate multiple parties and alleviate bottlenecks.
Qualifications - Experience in Technology Product Management/Project Management with startup/ Internet/ E-Commerce domain - Min 3 Yrs and Max 6 Yrs.
