Key Responsibilities :
- To create the training calendar for the region/market and timely deliver the relevant training modules.
- Conduction of the New Hire orientation program.
- Having sound knowledge of equity market and products
- Timely trainings and meeting of sales force to ensure development and productivity.
- To coach them on job and feed them back to improve themselves.
- To monitor and report effectiveness of training programs
- To gather sales performance data to measure success of the training programs.
- To work on new solutions/ideas for retaining the learning in the training sessions and lead the learning initiatives in the region.
- Need to travel across various locations.
