Edelweiss - Product Manager - Win Back

Responsible to Win back clients to Online platforms & there are build consistent client engagement activities using digital mediums. Own up the activation targets from these clients. Also required to build smart data analytics to understand client trading behavior/segmentation & run marketing campaign around the target set of clients.

- Work on building Retention strategies for clients to keep them active .

- Will be responsible for the assigned targets for usability levels (KPI) in terms of retaining existing client to trade Online

- Create, Optimize & evolve retention strategies to fence clients on Online platforms

- Identify areas of customer improvement experience & develop existing retention campaigns & win-back loyalty programs

- Evaluate campaign results and optimize as required

- Coordinate with Research teams to engage clients with relevant research content/article to create engagement.

- Good Content writing skills to communicate effectively to clients through mailers & SMS

- Strong business analytics to identify client behavior

- Alias with Branch channels to activate clients on the platforms.

- Candidates having above experience mainly from a reputed Broking House preferred.
