Job Purpose:

To instill the right model behavior, practices and customs and adhere to the pre-determined code of conduct at Edelweiss through proactive management and strong people governance

Key Responsibilities

- Support Head HR in improvising the ER Framework

- Establish a robust governance framework

Collaborate with ICs:

- Support the Internal committee's to perform the investigations

- Handle grievances with utmost sensitivity

Drive Awareness

- Drive awareness initiatives around various acts such as POSH, Disciplinary and Whistle Blower

- Ensure frequent communication with employees in gaining their confidence in providing fair and transparent solutions

- Be hands-on in understanding POSH, Whistle blower and Disciplinary acts

Drafting

- In detailed documentation of the procedures and case reports conducted by the IC

- Perform data analysis in order to plug in inputs to conduct relevant initiatives

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent with specialization in HR; Preferably from Legal background

- Additional certification will be an added advantage

Experience:

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations

Functional Competencies:

- In depth understanding of Employee Relation Laws such as POSH, Disciplinary and Whistle Blower

- Data Analysis & Documentation skills
