Job Purpose - To assist CRO, in managing the fraud risk for General Insurance Business - Creating fraud risk and control frameworks for General Insurance - To carry out detailed monitoring and reporting of risks - Completion of fraud risk documentation, measuring and monitoring framework - To ensure timely escalation of issues to Top Management - To track closure of open risk issues Key Responsibilities Managerial Responsibilities - To work as a team and ensure timely completion of projects - Training, Motivation and Risk and Reward Functional Responsibilities - To ensure that Fraud Risk Policy for General Insurance is updated and is adhered to. To ensure that relevant exceptions with respect to policy breaches are reported in the exception reporting system. - Monitoring and reporting - Responsible for risk reporting framework. This involves creation of framework for parameters that needs to be tracked, deciding the frequency and sufficiency for reporting - To manage key Operational and Fraud Risk projects for General Insurance - To create risk analytics framework and ensure comprehensive monitoring of risk - To be part of any Risk initiatives of General Insurance - Ensure timely completion of Business as usual (BAU) activities for Risk Management at General Insurance. Job Requirements Qualifications MBA/CA/Any Graduation Experience 3-8 years of work experience with minimum 2 + years of Fraud Risk Management Experience Functional Competencies - Background in Risk Management covering Operational Risk and Fraud Risk - Experience in products handled by General Insurance is the additional advantage - Prior experience in managing people Behavioral Competencies - Ability to handle multiple stakeholders - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
