Job Purpose : Lead process owner and executor for Edelweiss organization wide Disciplinary (POSH & Whistleblower process). Incumbent is responsible for the design, implementation, training and execution of all aligned awareness programs within the organization in the disciplinary space. Key Responsibilities : Managerial Responsibilities : 1. Partnering with BG HR leadership, develops elite strategies and capability to cultivate positive work environments to effectively mitigate workplace related disciplinary related risks to Edelweiss brand equity. Functional Responsibilities : 1. Leads development and implementation prevention of Whistleblower & POSH employee strategies 2. Advises business leadership on the implications of short and long term decisions of organization significance while dealing with Whistleblower and POSH 3. Maintains a strong collaborative relationship with the NGO's and other agencies /individuals which can support by providing guidance being on ICC committees. 4. Overall responsibility for assessing and coordinating development of proactive action plans to address locations vulnerable to disciplinary issues. 5. Leads the development and delivery of best-in-class training modules on prevention training on disciplinary framework 6. Provides regular updates to key stakeholders on emerging POSH, whistleblower and other disciplinary topics. 7. Create training interventions for continual sensitization of employees on various aspects related to POSH and disciplinary 8. Own, improve and manage the organizational reporting frameworks and systems on disciplinary reporting 9. Keeps informed through associations and networks on changing country laws, international standards, and emerging developments in the areas of POSH and disciplinary 10. Manages the central data repository for POSH and whistleblower cases. Qualifications : Master's Degree in human resources, labor relations, business, law or other related field of study preferred. Experience : Minimum of 14 years progressive employee relations or related work experience is required, preferably in a multinational organization.
