Job Purpose :

- Products are one of the most value enablers for Clients and helps de-commoditizing the Broking & Advisory Business

- Products are used as a strategic tool to differentiate the offerings and get key competitive edge

- Product Manager is expected to develop and scale up suite of Products that are in alignment with Organizational objectives

Reporting : Associate Director

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Responsibilities :

- Ideation, creation and execution of MF Products

- Improvisations in present Product basket with various innovative strategies

- Co-ordination with Business Team and driving MF volumes through training and sharing competitive knowledge

- Product training framework for front end team

- Envisage product ideas based on analytics and market opportunities

- Establishing Product Communication framework for Internal team & Clients

- Working on online communication and platform development to showcase the products and increase revenue generation

- Client relationship and value creation

Qualifications :

- CA / MBA from Premiere Institute. Technology background would be a big +

Experience :

- 5+ years of diverse functional experience. Preference to candidates with Senior level experience in Products

Functional Competencies :

- Deep understanding of Capital markets with strong conceptual clarity of various Products

- Diverse knowledge of Risk, Operations & Technology

- Awareness about needs of various Investor class
