Edelweiss Financial Services - MIS/Budgeting Role (3-6 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Preparation of Technology Budget at the start of the Financial Year
- Tracking of actual expenses incurred and gradual bifurcation of same to understand various cuts of expenses incurred
- Comparison of actual spends with budget to do variance analysis
- Finalisation of month end provisioning
- Monthly allocation of common cost to multiple businesses
- Tracking of various Technology spend KPIs
- Tracking of Technology resources on monthly basis
- Resolving the queries raised by various stakeholders on Technology spend incurred and allocated to multiple businesses
- Always look to automate manual processes
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure budgets are prepared and approved on time
- Drive automation for monthly provisioning
- Monthly utilisation report / MIS / Trend analysis to all stakeholders
