Managerial Responsibilities:
- To develop and manage new business relationships
- Working with other teams like Placement, Underwriting, Servicing and Claims etc towards business closures and a cohesive working environment
Functional Responsibilities :
- Appreciate and identify market segment that we want to Target.
- Identifying the client's requirements, suggesting suitable products
- Keeping track of (new) products available in market and identifying match points
- Regular & on-going visits new prospects, ensuring new opportunities are not gone unnoticed.
- Coordinating servicing issues of clients with other teams towards resolutions
Job Requirements :
- MBA-Insurance / Marketing. (GI Professional Qualifications will have additional advantage)
- 7-10 yrs
- Sound knowledge of Delhi NCR GI Market and Various Products
- Result/Target Oriented
- Having Marketing Intelligence and Networking
- Sales Oriented
- Sound Networking in Market
- Good Presentation, analytical, Influencing, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Motivated, Problem solving and ability to handle crunch situations
- Good communicator and efficient listener
Key Interactions :
Strong Knowledge of the growth in various sectors
- Underwriting Team- To get the technical terms and pricing for the business proposals
- Servicing Team - To co-ordinate service requirements with the team to ensure 100% client satisfaction
- Senior Colleagues - To discuss and seeking advice about changing market environment and Business intelligence
- Clients - For new business requirements and keeping an update on current businesses.
- Insurance Companies - Seeking market intelligence and business opportunities
