Edelweiss Financial Services - Investor Relations Role

Job Description

Investor Communication :

- Conceptualize, Storyboard and prepare all investor communication material like Quarterly Investor Presentations, Press release, Presentations for IR events or for Specific Client meets

- Help change the perceptions and address investor concerns through simplification of story and clarity in communication

Technology :

- End to End responsibility for all back end technology used for IR

- Ipreo CRM - Record stakeholder interactions and track investor activity; Narrow cast communication to customize to their interests

- Shareholding Dashboard and Mobile app - Update on a weekly basis and track shareholding activity

- Update and maintain IR website

Shareholding Analytics :

- Closely monitor the shareholding activity of Edelweiss and Peers to better understand investor behavior and interests

- Generation of MIS and analytical reports on a periodic basis from the IR database

- Create target database of high potential investors to help achieve IR targets

- Co-ordinating investor meetings and other investor interactions

- Organization of Non-Deal Road Shows for the management in different geographies

- Organization of Quarterly Investor Calls for Edelweiss management

- Engage with various stakeholders for coordination

- Prepare Investor Profiles for all investor meetings to help maximize the impact of management time and Stakeholder Relations resources and help create Corporate memory

- Organize annual flagship events for the company - Investor Day and Analyst Day

- Regular tracking of the news, industry events, regulatory changes, peers performance and results, IR material published by Peers

- Responsible for maintaining TATs for information queries from Investors
