Associate - Infrastructure PE Fund

The position is for candidates with prior experience of 3 - 5 years in Investment Banking / Private Equity with a strong academic background. Experience in Infrastructure space is a must.

The Associate is expected to play a key role in supporting the investment team from collateral preparation to transaction closure. He/she is expected to work on evaluation of deals, prepare deal collateral (information memorandum and financial model) and be up to date with the latest developments in the industry.

Required Skills / Attributes:

- Track record of academic excellence

- 3 - 5 years of IBD/PE experience

- Experience of working within different sub-sectors of infrastructure space

- Excellent proven financial modeling skills and well-versed with valuation methodologies

- Should be able to capture the commercial arrangement and structuring in the financial model

- Conversant with deal analysis and documentation

- Expert working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point

- A team player with ability to work with different teams and a can-do attitude

- Keen eye for attention to detail
